Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays!

It both does and doesn’t seem like Christmas is only 4 days away. I hate when Thanksgiving happens so late in November, it throws everything off. No chance for a white Christmas for us this time around. Christmas Eve is supposed to get up to 52 degrees, dropping to 42 on Christmas day.

My “12 days of Christmas Vacation” start today, I’ll be returning on Jan 2. It’s been pretty crazy at work lately, I’m looking forward to the break. I have so many shows, books, and movies to get caught up on! Don’t know if I’ll really make a dent in them all or not. 😅

I also need to prep for the next stage of the D&D campaign. We just finished a storyline based on the sci-fi project “Mystery Flesh Pit National Park” by Trevor Roberts. I didn’t run this one, but got to be a player again for a few weeks. There’s a lot of prep work that goes into these games and this was quite the setting to play in! We’ve been using the TV for a few months now, but I think I want to take it back to paper maps for a while. No scrambling involved if the power or internet drops out with paper. 😁

Speaking of internet, I’m scheduled for Google Fiber install on Dec 31st! Perfect timing! I’m already off, so don’t need to take extra time for it. I got the email I qualified yesterday, and was signed up about an hour later!

Apologies for the weird Christmas card this year. I hit one of those rage moments from too much spam a while ago and started deleting every online account I could, including Shutterfly. A couple of people mentioned they missed seeing pics of the pups, they’ll be back next year! I went with a gnome theme this time around. It made a bit more sense if you received one of my “neighbor gift” pouches:

I made the cards, but didn’t make the bags. I got a variety pack of 24 of them from Amazon and filled them with mints for everyone. I have at least 4 different diamond dotz canvases with this style of gnome art, and 1 quilt:

I’ve got one more canvas with a 4th of July theme I’ll do one of these days. 😁

Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Here’s some cute pup pics!

  1. Good pix of the pups. And love your work with puzzles and other things showing pictures for most holiday seasons.
We will look forward to seeing you for Christmas… and beyond.
    Love you.
